I normally install from the network — ie. directly from a package mirror. That’s the install_repository: “http://mirrors.telianet.dk/ubuntu/" variable. That requires that your Xenserver can access that mirror — try ping mirrors.telianet.dk (or the mirror you use) from the xenserver console.

When the installation has finished, it reboots automatically, this time on the virtual disk.
